What a wealth of rising talent on display here.The Nations League marks the last time that these national teams play competitively before World Cup qualifiers.The Germans reached three consecutive World Cup semifinals in 2002, 2006 and 2010, then won it all in 2014. He’s still scoring at 40 years old, and he has no shortage of high-pressure international experience.Julian Nagelsmann’s side got here with a narrow 5-4 aggregate win against Italy. It stole one in Milan, 2-1, then survived a comprehensive 3-3 thriller in Dortmund.Portugal advanced past Denmark, but needed extra time in the second leg. Ronaldo scored twice in the second leg. Francisco Trincão also found the net twice in that match, as a substitute no less.Roberto Martínez and his aggressive bunch have the most attacks and corners taken in Nations League. They also have been offside the most. Germany leads the competition in goals scored with a balanced offense: Tim Kleindienst has a team-best four goals, while Wirtz, Deniz Undav and Jamal Musiala have three a piece.
